ABOUT US

Franstar & Danglez aka FRANGELO is a DJ duo from Vancouver BC, Canada. Frangelo started their DJ journey at the end of 2020 as a fun activity to learn together.

As TableTutors alumni, Frangelo has been taught and mentored by some of the best DJs in the city. Their love for music (especially the 90s & 00s era) and understanding dance fundamentals has made them a sought after DJ duo for private & corporate events, weddings and more. Frangelo have a variety of events played under their belt: from weddings and corporate holiday parties to fundraisers and grand opening events.

DANGLEZ

Angelo, a proud East Vancouver native, developed a deep love for music early in his life through dancing. His passion for DJing allows him to share his musical journey with others.

When he’s not behind the decks, you can find him on the basketball court, where he channels his competitive spirit and enthusiasm for the game. Additionally, he is a sneaker enthusiast, with a collection that’s been growing over 30 years.

FRANSTAR

Fran, a Vancouver BC native, has had a passion for music since childhood. Her journey began with watching music videos on YTV’s Hit List and creating mixtapes from her favourite radio songs.

At 13, after discovering hip hop through a Missy Elliott video, she enrolled into hip hop dance classes. With training in piano and guitar, she later formed all-female pop punk band in high school.

Fran’s diverse musical knowledge, ability read a crowd, and fun energy define the DJ she is today.
